ICAR-Central Institute of Fisheries Technology, Cochin signed MoU with two entrepreneurs for consultancy in post harvest technology dissemination. The first agreement was signed between the institute and Mr Jeffine Jose of M/S San Isidro, Cochin for providing technical assistant for the development of fish and shelfish silage for crop applications.The second agreement was with Mr.Koshy Thomas,M/S Fab Dye Kem technical assistance relating to the transfer of know-how for the production of chitin and citosan.
