CIFT SIGNS TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT FOR DISTRIBUTION OF FISH DRYER

A Tripartite Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) was signed by the Central Institute of Fisheries Technology (CIFT), Cochin with Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Central Plantation Crops Research Institute (CPCRI), Kasaragod and Mushroom Cultivators Self Help Group, Kasaragod on 1st February, 2018 at CIFT, Cochin to distribute an electrical dryer of 10 kg capacity to Mushroom Cultivators Self Help Group, Kasaragod.

The dryer can be used for the preservation and value addition of fish and fishery products and other agricultural commodities. The agreement was signed in the presence of the Vice Chancellor, Kerala Agricultural University, Dr. R. Chandrababu, Director, CIFT, Dr. C.N. Ravishankar, Principal Scientist, CPCRI, Kasaragod, Dr. T.S. Manojkumar and Shri Panduranga from the Mushroom Cultivators Self Help Group, Kasaragod.
